When it comes to teaching art, I have years of experience teaching young children up to mid-teenage years. But teaching adults is a new one for me!
When Laura the owner of Waverely Pines asked me to do a workshop for a group of eager ladies with limited art experience in her updated century barn in Wyebridge, I couldn’t resist!
I designed the workshop to help the guests unlock their inner artist by taking them through my creative process and taught the techniques necessary to bring a blank canvas to life. My only criteria for the women who signed up was they had to come with a willingness to have fun and get a bit messy!
From the moment I walked into the beautiful barn I could feel the energy and excitement. These ladies left all their inhibitions at the door and created masterpieces. I was in awe and totally amazed and proud of each and everyone of you. 🥰
I feel blessed to be able to share my gift of painting and creating with the world and I’m already looking forward to the next opportunity to teach children and adults. Who’s interested in a workshop?
